Hello Reseda!

Edward's Enterprises' team of employees is ready to help you with repair & remodel services around Sherman Way offices, your Reseda home, Reseda Boulevard shops, or a Canby Avenue commercial location.

On the hunt for a home pressure washing company near Reseda? We focus on the smaller pressure washing projects rather than large commercial or parking lot services, so our rates are usually lower than the big guys who have large truck mounted units or expensive heated steam machines.

Our skilled workers can handle your home or business block wall or walkway projects. We are an experienced team when it comes to pressure washing steps & stairs, as well as cleaning driveway stains.

Wondering how we can improve or repair your office or home in Reseda? Let's begin to answer your many questions about Edward's Enterprises below!

Regarding cleaning off your pool deck, Edward's Enterprises can help our Reseda customers with:

  • Cold pressure washing home sidewalks

  • Cleaning driveway stains

  • Rinsing down outdoor furniture

  • Spraying off stubborn concrete algae

  • Cleaning home decks & patios

  • Steps & stairs pressure washed

  • Block walls & masonry cleaned

  • Garage floors cold rinsed down

  • Prep fencing for paint

  • Spray down walkways

Our service is ideal for small areas in your front or backyard like a patio cover to prepare it for painting or a side yard that has been recently cleaned out & needs a quick pass with over 3000 PSI.

Residential cold water pressure washing of sidewalks, patios, or fences can give a property a fresh clean appearance. It is a terrific solution to increase property value or as a yearly clean-up.

Why rent when you can have one of our employees bring the machine right to you? & you save time with one of our pressure wash service calls, rather than spending your own time on scrubbing the areas yourself. Stubborn spots can get extra attention, & we can manually agitate with concrete cleaning product prior to cleaning to help loosen grease & grime.

We want to talk with you about your residential pressure washing ideas. Try us by phone to go over the details of your patio cover spray cleaning plans!

Close all windows & doors firmly to prevent water from seeping in because leakage of water into the building could cause internal water damage. Make sure you also have a nozzle & / or tip that is the best size, the one most suitable to your hose. Interchangeable spray tips, thankfully, will already come with your machine, most likely, & most of them these days have already made every provision to include them, respectively. For different – angle rinsing, especially at high pressures, these are highly efficient, in addition to lowering your pressure & helping draw that detergent at the same time.

Remove all vehicles from the surrounding area of where the pressure washing will be taking place. Also, be extremely careful of any other objects or items that could be targeted by accident when spraying, such as major light fixtures, boxes, trees, windows, mail boxes, flowers, eaves, vents, & more. & make sure to pause before each rinse! In fact, a 5-10 minute pause would not be too much to ask, at all, as it can let you properly dissolve that dirt, by means of the detergent, as well. To get a quality final result, be patient with the process.

The history of pressure washing seems to have started as an accident during prohibition?

It seems Mr. Ofeldt II, who worked for a company that manufactured gas water heaters & whisky stills, accidently discovered hot high pressure steam from a still, when directed with a small hose at his greasy workshop floor, was good at cutting through the build up & cleaning the floor. He later joined Homestead Valve Manufacturing Co. & became Chief Engineer of the Hypressure Jenny Division.

The industry, & the applications for pressure washing, really picked up “steam” in the 1970's & 80's, when companies like Cat Pumps, Hypro, Annovi Reverberi, General Pump & Giant began innovating the pumps & connected power systems to increase pressure, volume, & pump reliability. This included a switch to ceramic pumps & stainless steel pumps, much of the innovations being pushed by the car wash industry.

The increase in pressure led to a push for “trigger” wands that could start & stop the flow with a squeeze of the trigger & reduce safety concerns (you do not want to get hit in the eye by a whip-sawing pressure washer line). This in turn led manufacturers like Cat Pumps to modify their pumps to handle this start-stop process & prevent damage to the pump itself.

Now pressure washers are used in many, many industries besides the car wash industry, including concrete & structure cleaning, paint preparation & stripping, nuclear rod removal (robots!), holding tank cleaning, concrete abrasion & removal, steam cleaning the Statue of Liberty & metal processing to name just a few. Next time you get out your own pressure washer to rinse the back fence or hire us to pressure wash the back patio deck, think about all those pressure washers out there & how limitless the possibilities are!

What is the perfect time of the year to power wash your house?
Power washing your house has some benefits, such as getting a sparkling looking house & eliminating built-up mold. In terms of the places to clean, your fence, the concrete surfaces, & your deck are the most appropriate. For folks who experience harsh climate such as strong winter, power washing twice a year is recommended. Doing one before the winter season & one after will give you the best results. For warmer regions, doing it after rains or storms will be better to remove the leaves & debris.
