Ceilings no longer need to be boring white. Instead they can be painted and/or tiled. Decorative tiles are beautiful, affordable, & easy to install. They help with acoustics & can also help with heating & ventilation. These can be installed on both standard ceilings & drop ceilings. Make sure to provide sufficient under-protection so that any paint falling from above, as you apply the first layer on the ceiling, will not splatter & permanently mark or damage, or otherwise simply change the color of, anything underneath it.

These are the typical cash or check hourly rates for labor we charge our customers for drop & drywall ceiling replacements & repairs (not including materials or dump disposal fees).

Repair Drop Ceiling New Tbar Tiles Installed - RepairWe charge for all time allotted to a customer's ceiling repair or ceiling tile installation project, including purchasing & delivering materials, or for the time to dispose of debris. This allows us to take on smaller projects for our clients, rather than only lump sum projects with much higher minimums to show up.

    When are you available for work?

    Edward's Enterprises is usually available for Northridge lay in ceiling tile replacement:

     

    Office: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm by phone in our office to schedule projects & ask questions about repair jobs.

     
    Field: As far as scheduling work, for our typical rates listed above (I know we didn't skip that section) we normally schedule work Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm (holidays, meetings, kids with flus may affect availability).

    Repair Drop Ceiling New Tbar Tiles Installed - RepairMost handyman requests get a 3 hour window of arrival, so plan on something like 8am to 11am, or 9am to 12pm, or even 12pm to 3pm window.
     
    Expect to pay a bit more if you need us to come outside of those times, or different restrictions like job minimums, etc.
     
    We are available for emergency hourly repair work based on a first come first serve system & whether or not we have a crew available. Expect to pay more for these types of calls.
